Enrollment

Children may be enrolled at Infants of Dunwoody between the ages on six weeks and three years. Children between the ages of three and five years may be enrolled at Dunwoody Academy by invitation (existing IOD famlies) or application (new families).
Infants of Dunwoody and Dunwoody Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion or national origin in the administration of its educational, admission or employment policies, or any other programs administered by the School.

Application process

Take a tour: Contact the school to schedule a personal tour. You will be given an opportunity to see the facility, ask questions and learn more about our program and services.
Parent Interview: We require both parents to meet with Laquetta Brummett and/or Dr. Ginevra Boyes prior to the child's start date. Usually, the parent interview takes place during the tour, but may be scheduled separately to accommodate both parents.
Availability and Waiting List: Due to our small group sizes and low ratios, there are a limited number of spaces available each year. We believe that waiting lists are not in the best interest of children and therefore fill our spaces based on availability, child's age and developmental level at enrollment. Children may be, and usually are accepted for enrollment prior to birth. Upon acceptance, a space may be reserved with a non-refundable deposit and a tentative start date will be established.

A balanced mix enriches the children’s experience and respects and honors the diversity of our community. Our commitment is to offer a program that is developmentally appropriate and challenging in all areas of development. Parents play a crucial role in making Infants of Dunwoody a vibrant and welcoming place for children and families. It is imperative that parents agree with the school's philosophy and share common goals for their child's future.
